By accessing or using Rentiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Rentiz. If you are listing a property, you must either be the owner or have permission to act on behalf of the owner or broker.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
• You must provide a valid mobile number to reveal owner contact details.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear suspicious.

• Listings must describe real, available properties with accurate rent, location, and contact details.
• You may only list a property if you are the owner or a broker/agent with permission to represent it.
• You must select whether the listing is by the owner or a broker/agent.
• Photos must be of the actual property and must not mislead users.
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or receive credible community reports.

Owner contact information is hidden until a signed-in user with a verified mobile number uses the reveal flow. Users must not misuse contact details for spam, marketing, harassment, or any illegal purpose.

You agree not to:

• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Scrape, copy, or resell Rentiz data without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse the platform.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Users can report listings for reasons such as fake listing, wrong contact information, or other issues. Listings that reach a threshold of credible reports may be temporarily suspended for a cooldown period. Owners may appeal or request a review. Final decisions rest with Rentiz and its authorized administrators.

You retain ownership of content you upload, such as photos and listing descriptions. By uploading, you give Rentiz a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform and in promotional materials. Rentiz's name, logo, and software are our property and may not be copied without permission.

Rentiz is a platform that connects renters and property owners. We do not verify every listing or guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information. Users are responsible for inspecting properties, verifying documents, and making their own decisions before entering into any rental agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentiz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, disputes between users, or rental agreements made through the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account or remove your content at any time if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or if required by law. You may also delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make important changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Rentiz after changes means you accept the updated terms.
